She woke up from her afternoon nap with a temperature of 103 degrees. After almost 11 months of taking her temperature, she finally had one. Yes, I'm one of those mothers that takes her kids temperature at least once a week because I always think she might have something wrong with her.
She is well and in bed sleeping right now. I'm allergic to Amoxicillan so I'm feeling a strong desire to keep her in bed with me tonight in case she has an allergic reaction. I'm starting to wonder if they have meds for Mom's like me.
Good news is the doctor said it's probably why she has been sleeping so "crappy" (my words, not hers).... I'm going to have to strongly disagree with the doctor. I think Elle's just trying to see how far she can push me over the edge. Broken sleep is the worst sleep.
It would only be natural for me to document this monumental day with a picture. She doesn't look very sick to me....
