Elle's birthday is a month away, but I'm going to start my letter tonight. I love the idea that one day she can look back on my letter and know exactly how I felt at this time in my life. My hope is when she has children of her own, she can look back and find comfort within my words.
This year has been incredible and when I say incredible, I don't mean perfect. I've learned so much more about myself, about love, about John, and more about family. I've lost a lot of sleep and have shed a lot of tears....both happy and sad. I've stressed over things that are so far away, but I think that comes natural with wanting to be the perfect Mom...
I guess I better get writing.... this could take me all night.
